- Based out of Bangalore, with a young and raring team of marketing and engineering experts, spread across various cities, this 2-year old startup aims at becoming an integrated travel management company that works as a smart travel assistant. Their platform addresses travel issues for a gamut of customers ranging from large corporates with thousands of employees to other startups.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the depth, breadth and frequency of the customer platform adoption, and its continuous growth.
What you will do :
- Demonstrating good product and process understanding.
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Taking ownership and accountability for ensuring customer retention, and Key Account Management
- Attracting potential customers by answering service related questions.
- Maintaining customer records by updating information
- Delivering performance benchmarks, research reports, performance reports & analysis.
- Liaising with product team to convert campaign insights into business requirements for product development & enhancements.
- Taking initiatives to increase user adoption and retention.
What you need to have :
- Qualifications : B.Tech., BsC-Maths, Stats- NIT, Tier 2 college candidates
- Should be good at Analytics, Numbers, Excel Functions
- Should have client facing exp
- Experience of Business Analyst - Management, Key Account Management
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
