Manager - Customer Success - Analytics Consulting Firm
Role & responsibilities:
- It is your responsibility to oversee customer expansion, retention, and success.
- Determine the best practices Customer Success Enablers.
- Encourage complete client adoption of all product modules.
- Overseeing all client interactions and representing the client's interests to all internal teams in order to improve customer service.
- Managing the customer success team to improve adoption and retention, resolve issues quickly, and foster stronger client connections.
- Identify accounts that are not fully utilizing the product or are likely to churn by using product data, and take proactive steps to reduce risk.
- Tracking commercial activity and increasing product revenue.
- Possess a background in BFSI/Fintech and have experience in product delivery setup or tech consultancy.
- Work together with the teams in charge of development, sales, and tech support to guarantee smooth client onboarding and management.
- Proven ability to oversee client engagements effectively and ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidates having an engineering (B.E./B.Tech) + MBA degree are strongly preferred.
