Job Profile:
- Manage a portfolio of 140 clients in STPI, SEZ and retail. The total Assets under management is about 3 Million Sqft
- Maintain high client retention ratio.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and high delight index by providing integrated solutions.
- Achieve operating cost efficiency relating to customer care services and events.
- Arrears Management - Support finance department to ensure payments from clients.
- Lease Management including commercial discussions, negotiations and lease renewals.
- Regular co-ordination with internal property services department and clients.
- Periodic MIS reporting. Set annual targets to increase income from existing clients and develop strategies to achieve those.
- Process Improvement: Meet ISO and other audit requirements.
- Responsible for department's balance score card for tracking performance.
- Manage a team of 3 customer service executives and support from legal and finance teams.
- Set targets and assess performance of the team.
Must be good in communication (written and spoken - English)
