Job Description:

Import Activities :

- Liasioning with global offices on placing of Intercompany Purchase order based on forecast.

- Following up Global office to get shipping details, documents against the respective PO.

- Once material arrives in India coordinating with Clearing agent till material reaches to Warehouse.

Warehousing :

- Informing Warehouse about incoming of goods.

- Once material arrives in Warehouse whether in line with Packing list.

- Follow-up for daily/ weekly stock statement.

Quotation :

- Independently handling customer enquiries as well as daily customer correspondence.

- Support service of Direct customers, Distribution partners.

- Preparation of quotation, sending it to customers/ distributors.

Invoicing :

- On receipt of PO from customer, arrange to prepare Local delivery order, Invoices for Dispatch of goods. Follow-up with Warehouse to know dispatch details and inform to customer dispatch details.
