Roles and Responsibilities:
- The territory of Mumbai requires two Customer Relations Managers (CRMs) for New Business Development (NBD) in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane area.
- The work is to meet decision makers (CFOs, Treasury Heads, Accounts, and Taxation Heads), pitch the products and explain our value proposition. The resource will scrutinize and research industry information, identify opportunities and seek appointments from available information sources (databases, internet, references, etc.). Particular attention will be paid to small and medium sized enterprises.
- Organizing worksites to help DM team meet and address individual employees in the client and prospect companies to canvas for retail business is part of KRA.
- The CRM will under guidance, as part of sourcing references, liaise closely with other Kotak divisions (KLI Tied, KLI Alternate, KMBL, KMF, etc.), and effectively collaborate for optimal business advantage.
- Basic accounting and finance knowledge
- Good analytical skills, ability to network and develop strong relations with decision makers are basic necessities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point essential.
- The job entails extensive field activity and engagement with key facilitators in prospective opportunities for wide market outreach.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidates with minimum 60 percent throughout the academics
- The candidate should agree to extensive travelling in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane area
