Customer Quality
- To ensure Customer satisfaction by way of coordinating with customer and translating the requirements to in-processes and supplier.
- Attending to all customer related audits and formulating strategies in adhering to the customer related requirements.
- Playing as Single Window person for customer's.
- Building strong customer relationship.
- Familiar in dealing with Honda Car as customer. (Needs to deal with Manager / Sr. Manager level)
