Job Description - Customer Marketing Manager for a food company

Client Details :

Our client is one of the leading FMCG companies with a strong foothold in India; they have delivered consistently through premium standardization and quality control of their products and have plans for subsequent expansion of the business. They are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage pan India operations and develop relationships with modern trade partners in the Indian market.

Description :

The chosen candidate would report to the Marketing Head and be responsible for the following:

- Work closely with the brand and sales team to develop and execute innovative and far-reaching activations.

- Develop and distribute relevant POSM for the cluster of brands and work towards increasing brand visibility and enhancing brand imagery.

- Create trackers to evaluate and understand the effectiveness of the activations across the country

- Create strategies for trade partners and ensure stock presence across the width and depth of the portfolio

- Handle and develop market promotion and trade budgets

- Classify and evaluate brand initiatives and share them with the relevant stakeholders for analysis and further development
 
Profile :

The successful applicant should be a graduate from a premier b-school (2011/2012/2013 batches), having at least 7 years of extensive experience in sales and trade marketing in the FMCG space and an overall understanding of the different segments and channels in India. He/she should have an analytical approach towards understanding and solving problems and have a proven experience in driving and leveraging people skills and motivations.
