Job Description :
- Person will define key KPIs to track consumer behaviour related to different product categories
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including consumer care, panel, marketing & sales to ensure data validity, consistency & compliance in SFDC.
- Build & maintain reports, dashboards out of consumer data for the consumer care, panel & marketing teams.
- Identify cross-sell & upsell opportunities based on consumer & sales data via market basket, regression or other related techniques.
- Analyse CSAT score to identify key influencing factors and propose actions leading to improvement in CSAT score.
- Analyse consumer data, to segment, target, using cluster analysis in order to drive insights and differentiate based on key identified criteria.
- Propose campaigns based on segmented data leading to creation of high ROI of marketing spend budget.
- Prepare financial business cases for determining feasibility of campaigns w.r.t marketing spend, ROI, breakeven etc.
- Track the campaign conversions and maintain the sales leadership board; communicate with the sales teams to influence and drive campaigns.
- Define targets at territory level and monitor the actual attainment wrt to the defined targets
- Help/Influence business take strategic decisions and play an active role in defining the annual business plan, commercial priorities etc.
