Role : Consumer Experience Specialist
- The responsibilities are split 50% in customer experience management and 50% in Social Media Marketing. Need a Stud-Girl!
Note : This position is open to women only. Position based in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities :
Customer experience management :
Issue resolution :
- Respond professionally and amicably to inbound calls, including urgent situations, issues and arbitration.
Customer support :
- Helping customers through site navigation, bookings, downloads among other requests
Digital Media Management :
- Manage pages. Handle all social accounts, manage and monitor digital conversations professionally and efficiently.
- Content creation and management. Create (or collaborate for) content that is powerful, effective and reflective of the brand.
- Lead process mapping. Use the platform to connect with, support and develop our product pipeline
Qualities we love :

- Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience in copy writing and graphic design a plus
- Passion for social media and digital marketing - Knowledge of social media platforms, being abreast of latest trends

Preferred Qualifications :
- A graduate in any field; Arts, Marketing background preferred
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for clients, or individual channels
- Experience in managing (brick-and-mortar OR digital presence) or working in the salon & spa industry or a big (BIG) plus
- Beauty / fashion bloggers, Social media celebs, local heroes, Twitteratis, INfluencers don- t forget to provide links to your work!
