Role & Responsibilities

- Strong communication skills and analytical ability

- Prior Experience in Client engagement and relationship management.

- Proven experience in Client SLA metrics management and delivery, MIS and performance reporting

- Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture

- Understanding of WVD, servers in Azure and network connectivity from user machine (office / WFH) towards Azure cloud

- Understanding of Client IT Infra solutions

- Demonstrate major incident management and driving skills.

- Ensure Changes are introduced in a controlled manner

- Have understanding of end point security

- Quick learner and problem solver

Qualification

- Graduate in any Discipline
