- Complaint Tracking - Resolving customer complaints in min TAT
- Responding to customer enquirers/ grievances and needs
- Managing stakeholders
- Process improvement - process in place to ensure complaints are monitored, repeats identified, Root Cause & Corrective Action Plan implemented to prevent recurrence
- Train team of floor walkers on enhancing customer experience.
