- Drive exponential business growth through focussed strategies and a high performing agile sales team to deliver sustainable RE & Brand growth.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Design Business Strategy focussing on RE & Brand Growth across the Region in partnership with Retail Marketing, New Retail and Brand Teams.
- Build High Performing Team to execute the business strategy.
- Re-evaluate existing roles & redefine that in context of limitless / new retail.
- Evaluate existing talent against the redefined roles & create an action plan to - develop/engage/retain or part ways (if required) with specific timelines.
- Elevate & empower roles by assigning addl responsibilities (appoint as SPOC etc).
Build Omni Channel & Analytics Capabilities through:
- Individual & Team Capability Building.
- Process Enhancements.
- Structural Changes (if required)
- Drive a culture that focuses on strategic priorities, builds empowered teams, experiments to accelerate innovation, is data driven and digitally connected.
- Demonstrate Diversity,Inclusion and Equity to lead a culture that champions diversity and promotes inclusion as one of the key enablers to achieving CP's strategic ambitions.
