Manager - Customer Analytics - BFSI/Retail

One of the largest consulting firm is looking out to set up their Analytic consulting practice in Mumbai.

We are looking for a well rounded, networking savvy, technically adept Manager with a strong business acumen. You will be contributing to the growth of the practice and your career while creating top-tier dynamic solutions.

The role require a very strong background in customer analytics with a focus on Financial sector.

You will be responsible for delivering client work from a onshore arrangement perspective. As a Manager, you will leverage a range of skills to deliver dynamic solutions. You will consult onshore team to create a strong strategic vision with the client which incorporates business analysis, product and marketing understanding and financial impact analysis. You will collaborate with onshore team to execute on the vision and ensure great quality service.

The onshore team specializes in providing advisory services in the Financial services, Consumer goods and Retail sector targeting the customer experience, marketing and brand effectiveness, category management, network optimization and other customer related solutions.

Ideal candidate:

- 5 years of relevant experience in Analytics ( Customer/ marketing/ risk) across FS / Retail industry

- Strong management consulting, advisory experience or advanced industry experience.

- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.

- Experience in managing teams and deliverable, including coaching and mentoring.
