5 years of relevant work experience ideally in retail or consumer business/ Financial Services Industry

- Strong management consulting, advisory experience and/or advanced industry experience

- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence

- Experience managing teams and deliverable s, including the coaching of junior staff

- Superior verbal and written communication skills

- Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountability

- Experienced with financial analysis or modeling, project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, managing client expectations, team leadership
