Roles & Responsibilities:   - Understand the functioning of commercial bank through in depth understanding of business, asset and liability products (loan, trades, cash, forex-for burrowing and non-borrowing clients) and underlying data to derive insights  - Develop impactful insights to result in strategic action plan for each global heads, region business owners, country managers and relationship managers- sales management, global lending management, risk and operations heads  - Develop strategy to reduce the TAT for deals closures and client calls for RMs  - Tracking of Balance sheet along with identifying additional revenue opportunities through use of logical as well as statistical techniques  - Consistently deliver on multiple and complex projects aligned to business priorities independently. But, simplification of underlying complex insights so as to convert them into actionable steps is the key to success  - Develop / own comprehensive end to end solutions to address business problems. Drive innovative analytical approaches across the broader team and conceptualize and execute solutions to ambiguous problems  - Creation of user friendly dashboards along with insights  Teamwork:   - Effectively contribute and add value to cross functional initiatives  - Train and coach others in the organization  - Seek to learn from other areas within the site to improve analytic approaches for the team  Communication:   - Communicate and present effectively to partners and senior leadership  - Independently manage communication with partners  Organizational development - contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.  - Analytic project execution  - Understand business priorities and work out data driven solutions  - Hands-on execution on a variety of projects using conventional analytical techniques, deliver on multiple projects & ability to manage timelines around them  - Collaborate with colleagues to leverage best practices  - Ability to handle complex data and generate meaningful business insights  - End to end project management and coach team members  - Coach and Mentor junior members  Educational Qualification:  - MBA in a numerate subject such as mathematics, finance, operational research, business administration or economics etc.   - 4-7 Years exposure to financial services   - Candidate should have worked in any of the following domain: credit cards, retail bank, mortgage, lending or liability product  Skills Sets:   - In depth understanding of customer life cycle management within the financial services domain (cards, retail bank, mortgage, lending / liability product)  - Acquisitions  - Customer engagement (pricing and P&L forecasting)  - Customer servicing & understanding customer touch points  - Customer retention  Tools:  - Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint   - Proficient in SAS, SQL, SAS JMP / knowledge seeker  - Familiarity with RDBMS - Teradata/ Oracle, etc.
