Manager - Customer Acquisition - FMCG/Retail

- Design and execute the acquisition strategy to expand the customer base.

- Hire, train and lead a team of Customer Success Agents who will be reach customer stores to explain value proposition and install our app

- Explore and execute partnerships to acquire customers scalably, relying on partner networks to reach potential target customers

- Handhold customer through the first few orders to ensure they become familiar with the model

- Communication, incentivisation and education programs for new customers to increase engagement and activation

Salary offered: 10 - 16 LPA
