- Grabbing new business opportunities with the sales team

- Handling issues related with CBIC, The Chief Commissioner of Customs, DGFT,RBI,WPC ,BIS, to resolve the problem

- Appearing in Appeals, up to Commission rate level

- Supervision & Coordination of Customs Clearance activities from NCR region (IGI Airport, ICD,TUGLAKABAD,PPG,DADRI AND GARI etc.),D.O. & timely dispatch the bills

- Approval of checklist of New Items to determine correct HS Code and duty with reference of Notifications, circulars and other legal compliance

- Finalization of SVB order from SIIB of related parties.

- Finalization of provisional BE's and Refund of provisional SVB EDD.

- Issuance of Drawback of duties under section 74 & 75 of C.A. 1962.

- Registration of Licenses like Advance/EPCG/DFIA and customs clearance under these schemes.

- Issuance of NOC from Wild Life/Drug Controller/Animal Quarantine & Certification Services (AQCS)/FSSAI

- Arranging DGFT Services LIKE I.E.C.

- Import Customs clearance under various schemes like warehousing/home consumption/duty exemption.

- Export customs clearance shipments under Brand Rate and drawback schemes.

- Re-export of duty free/drawback shipment under section 69 of C.A. 1962 or 74 of C.A. 1962.

- Customs clearance of re-import

- Monitoring with EDI team for import and export, and keeping close look ion timely documents filing And clearance.

- Coordination with Freight Team for Quotation for by Air and Sea (LCL and Containerized Movement)

- Coordination with transporter and S/Lines for rates negotiation
