About the Custody Business:

Custody business offers services to Foreign as well as Domestic Institutional Clients/Corporates while acting as SEBI registered custodian.

Following are the umbrella of services that are offered by the Custody Team:

- FPI registration in capacity of SEBI registered DDP

- Custody and Fund Accounting Services for Equities and Debt

- Clearing & Settlement of Exchange Traded Derivatives

- Acting as Domestic Custodian to ADR and GDR Issues

- Forex remittance for domestic and foreign institutions

- Constituent Subsidiary General Ledger (CSGL) formalities

Key Performance Areas

- To act as a relationship manager for offering custodial services to our Foreign and Domestic Institutional Clients

- Regular meetings with existing and prospective clients

- Assisting clients with documentation for registration and account opening formalities

- Regular meetings with existing and prospective clients

- Assisting clients with documentation for registration and account opening formalities

Salary Range : 9-13 LPA
