Job Location - Bangalore

Role - Manager - Custody Fund Services

Shift - Night Shift

The incumbent will be responsible for

- Ensuring adherence to SLA's and be a one point escalation contact.

- Account opening and maintenance across global markets

- Working closely with Client Support teams and resolve queries.

- Ensure error free settlements across ASIA, EMEA & WHEM regions & CREST Settlements and monitoring CSDA/ASDA reconciliations.

- Ensure all trades are settled in accordance with market settlement cycles through efficient and effective liaison with front office, middle office, custodians, counterparties and clients.

- Prevent failure of trade settlement through effective and prompt communication and problem resolution.

- Provision of information to resolve reconciliation breaks (i.e. nostro, suspense, depository).

- Process offline requests from clients (including free deliveries, receives, and security movements to/from the transfer agent)

- Reconcile and produce daily failed trades reporting & ensure resolution of breaks.

- Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off including client service enquiry resolution.

- Monitor CREST Wash account reconciliations & reach out to respective teams to clear the outstanding breaks.

- Monitor conversion of trades in Thailand market & CANADA market for TELUS Corp Stock.

- Monitor prematching of trades on the CREST Side( UK & IRISH Stocks) & reach out to clients & counterparties for resolution.

Desired Candidates should have strong understanding of FX Custody, Custody Settlements, Custody Clearing.
