They work in the area of Education, Health, Livelihood, Women empowerment and have supported over 1000 programs. The organization's focus is to bring about a positive change in the lives of the most vulnerable people of society.

Position Description :

The CSR Manager shall be responsible for program planning, management, implementation, program monitoring & evaluation and impact assessment of the CSR programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and implement the CSR programs with a holistic approach after understanding the external environment and the various alternatives available

- Lead the execution of the CSR projects in partnership with NGOs

- Monitor and control the programs. Ensure high quality standards are maintained

- Monitor and track the progress of key performance indicators, validate and publish periodic reports

- Develop the team for effective implementation of the strategies and programs. Deploy, monitor and train the team for maximizing impact

- Be responsible for the resource management required for the programs ie planning and deployment of resources for effective implementation

- Monitor and manage utilization as per the budgets

- Develop, manage and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stake holders

Required qualification, experience and skills:

- Post-graduation in the relevant field from a reputed institution

- Experience of 6-12 years in program management in the development sector or CSR in a corporate

- Familiarity with the working environment and professional standards of high grade nonprofit organizations

- Experience in planning, monitoring and evaluating projects and thorough understanding of program budgets, fund utilization and fund management

- Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills

- Ability to plan and think strategically

- Ability to maintain positive relationships/ partnerships with stakeholders
