- Developing new ways to meet customers' needs

- Should have experience in team handling

- Take ownership & complete accountability on closure

- End to end follow up on all the prospects

- Should have exp in construction/architecture sectors

- CRM Sales exp in must

- Creating and executing retention campaigns

- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers

- High energy & target oriented

- Flexible to travel & meet clients whenever required
