We need a person for a Leading Real Estate Group with following skillset:
- MBA in Marketing with experience in Customer Services for a Real Estate/Service Organization
- A seasoned, business savvy and proficient professional working in customer relationship management department of reputed real estate company with large focus on Ultra HNI customers and/or B2B businesses.
- Single Point of Contact for all customer queries and responses.
- Drive various customer satisfaction studies
- Building, managing and updating detailed database of all customers including customer contact information
