Looking for Manager - CRM.
Below is the profile:
- The incumbent is responsible for managing all aspects of after-sales relationship post the booking stage through ensuring timely sale related documentation, collections, and resolution of customer issues etc.
- Interacts with customers directly at all stages.
- Ensures that customers are updated with the progress of the project, payment advice etc
- Ensures timely resolution of all customer queries.
- Addresses escalated customer issues from team members.
- Manages irate customers during delays.
- Resolves issues with 'exceptions' (e.g customers who need to be accommodated in case of delayed possessions) through discussions with the sales team.
- Monitors that bills (payment advice) are generated on time, and sent to the customers
- Reviews collection status and duration
- Monitors that all collections happen as per specified time-lines
- Follows up with customers for clearing outstanding payments
