Job Description:
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Improve LTV
2. Improve retention rate
3. Deliver best-in-class customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and build overall email, sms and other crm channel marketing strategy
2. Collect and analyse customer, marketing and website behaviour data
3. Segment lists based on behaviors such as past email engagement and website interactions
4. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
5. Test email and sms campaigns, analyse key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance
6. Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports
7. Keep marketing and digital commerce team up-to-date on current campaigns, informing them on what parts
of our CRM strategy is working including creatives, segments and communications
8. Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop marketing strategies
Experience & Qualification:
Preferred: 4+ year of relevant experience working with an ecommerce company in a similar role, IIT/NIT/BITS/VIT
Mandatory: 3+ year of relevant experience, engineering background
