Job Title: Manager - CRM & Loyalty

Company: Restaurant Brands Asia Limited

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Associate Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive customer engagement and repeat revenue through CRM tools like Clevertap & AppsFlyer.

- Manage Email, SMS, Push notifications, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and cohort analysis.

- Analyze campaigns to identify user and revenue growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with Brand and Analytics teams to execute CRM & O2O strategies.

- Develop and execute monthly communication calendars.

- Conduct A/B testing and personalize user experiences across platforms.

- Plan and manage the digital team's budget effectively.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong business analysis and execution skills.

- Understanding of customer acquisition, retention strategies, and app conversion.

- Excellent communication, copywriting, and multitasking abilities.

- High ownership, responsibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a reputed institute.

- 5+ years of experience in F&B, E-commerce, or related industries.
