Summary/Objective :
CRM Administrator is responsible for the overall administration and support for the CRM system. This role needs an excellent understanding of how a CRM should and can be utilized across the organization, with the skills, curiosity and expertise to continue to learn CRM as it evolves and participate in the CRM community.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities :
- Overall administration support to HQ & Countries
- Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration.
- Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems.
- Periodical Training to One View country admins (Train the Trainer) and end to end existing and new users to support One View's effectiveness
- Review and assess request for opportunity/account transfer
- Create all regular and ad-hoc reports
- Take pro-active steps in process improvements
- Design, develop, test and implement new processes, such as lead management, campaign management etc.
- Creation & publishing bi weekly dashboards.
- Support management of pipeline velocity, analyses the deficit & engage the stake holders to come up with action plan. Track & reports the agreed actions till concluded.
- Lead running standardization & centralization of various pipeline management projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Self-starter, Result oriented and quality focused personality with good analytical skills
- Any Bachelor/Master's Degree
- Evidenced ability to manage multiple task and work on priorities
- Preference for knowledge of CRM tools
- Proficient with MS-Office products, especially MS Excel, where advanced skills and experience are required
- Good communication skills (written and verbal communication)
- Previous experience in an end-user technical support role
Language Skills :
- English is the principal language for this position. This position requires good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment
Experience :
- 5-7 years experience
- Experience in handling pipeline management (Salesforce etc.)
- Industry - Any Industry with Sales experience of handling CRM/Pipeline topic.
Computer Skills :
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
