Job Overview :

Our Client provides the expertise and resource to help b2b media and information businesses achieve excellence and on-going innovation with their product, marketing and technology.

Client is looking to hire Credit Research Manager to work on company profiles and analyse their financial statements.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Responsible for initiating, executing, and delivering quality investment research to the discerning global clients

- Manage a team of analysts that conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, company reports

- Excellent financial modeling skills with ability to understand and formulate business drivers (revenue, cost, etc.)

- Superior knowledge of concepts of finance & accounting, valuation methodologies and stock analysis.

- Strong writing skills with the ability to lay out investment arguments and theses lucidly.

- High level communication skills with the ability to express views clearly and succinctly.

- Analytical thinking is required to enable him / her to structure and guide research / consulting assignments with clients, and manage the project internally.

- Quality Check credit reports written by Credit Analysts

- Reconcile credit reports and identify discrepancies and variances

- Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk

- Adopt the defined processes in day to day execution of assignments

- Build and maintain relationships with clients

- Identify and recommend operational improvements for credit reporting

A well-qualified candidate will possess :

- Master's degree in Finance

- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business content and annual reports.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

- Any prior experience in business report writing or any business documents would be a huge advantage

- Ability to interpret, calculate or extrapolate figures and amounts from financial reports is a must

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory

- Should possess a strong blend of analytical thinking and operations execution.
