About Role:

Role: Manager - Credit Rating

Qualifications:

Engineer or Equivalent + MBA(Full time) or Equivalent with a strong academic background. Candidates must have a good academic track record

Experience

- Project Management and leading a team of analysts

- Training and Analytical ramp up of the team and output

- Appraisals, career planning and mentoring for the team

- Update senior management and client with timely MIS reporting

Domain Related

- Support global Credit Analyst(s) in analysing the performance of a portfolio of credits / transactions, and responding to credit events

- Track and analyse industry dynamics and regulatory trends

- Analyse operational performance, including:

1. Evaluating country and macroeconomic risk

2. Competitive position

3. Strategy / execution / management

4. Profitability / peer comparisons

- Analyse financial performance, including:

1. Accounting

2. Financial governance and policies

- Analysis of financial ratios and trends

- Assist global Credit Analyst(s) in the preparation of financial models - historical and projections, conducting peer comparisons

- Prepare internal credit research reports and notes

- Assist global Credit Analyst(s) in preparing publishable credit reports
