Manager - Credit - LAP Loan

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate credit proposals, assessing financial, business, and industrial risks for LAP (Loan Against Property) loans.

- Serve as the authority for field PD (Project Development) and loan sanctioning.

- Verify promoters' track record and assess their creditworthiness.

- Analyze prospective customers' financial statements to determine short-term and long-term solvency and liquidity positions.

- Ensure Bounce Rate and Delinquency metrics meet acceptable standards.

- Monitor and enforce approval rates and Turnaround Time (TAT) as per prescribed standards.

- Monitor monthly Branch audit scores to ensure satisfactory performance.

- Manage vendors effectively to support loan processing and operations.

- Conduct customer meetings to evaluate credit proposals and gather necessary information.

- Track and close Post-Disbursement Documentation (PDD) efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with repayment instrument replenishment to facilitate regular EMI repayments.

- Excellent communication skills for conducting customer meetings and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy in documentation and compliance.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to lending practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Prior experience in credit evaluation, preferably in LAP or mortgage loans.

- Certification in credit analysis or risk management would be advantageous.

- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
