- Graduate degree in Fine Arts, or equivalent visual design.

- Lead conceptualization and design of digital user experience

- Is a visual communications expert

- Work with a multifunctional team of designers, writers, artists and developers to create innovative and usable solutions

- Has deep understanding and applied knowledge of business drivers for digital design

- Adept and well-read in current trends in user behavior, digital experience business success factors, social media and mobile design.

- Experienced in driving creative designs across customer facing websites, mobile and tablets.

- Develop creative design concepts that meet the business objectives of the end client and their brand strategy.
