Interviews on 27th May : Ready Passport Must .  Person should have experience with Steel Industry in Cold Rolling Mill or Continuous Galvanising Line   Valid Passport is must   Costing :  - Product Costing - Shift wise, Daily and Grade wise  - Costing analysis - Variance by Key inputs, Profitability analysis, Yield, Forecast Vs Actual, Inventory Control  - Overheads budgeting absorption methods and control  - Cost centre, activity centre creation and determination of recovery rates  - Costing to Financials reconciliation  MIS :  - Monthly reports covering Financial performance, cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses analysis  - Initiate proactive action wherever required based on information in MIS reports Providing need based reports to facilitate management decision making.  Assisting in Annual Budgeting exercise :  - Review and monitoring  - Review GL, AR And AP to ensure that the books of accounts are maintained properly.  - Study of systems and procedures across all functions and reporting on deviations  - Assisting in Capital Budgeting and control exercise  The position is accountable for preparation of timely and accurate reports for Management decision making, including monthly Financials, entire gamut of costing reports and also assist Senior management by providing need based reports, provide assistance in Budgeting activity and also assist the Finance Manager in review and control function.
