Manager Costing & MIS Role - Consumer Durable Industry - CMA

Job Responsibilities :

- Understand Costing system for manufactured products.

- Work closely with R&D team, purchase team for cost optimization.

- Actual Costing, Variance analysis and identifying areas of improvement in operations

- Analyzing actual manufacturing costs & preparing periodic reports comparing standard cost to actual production cost

- Initiating & evaluating cost reduction ideas.

- Preparing MIS deck as per agreed timelines.

- Record, report, analysis & MIS of Product wise profitability .

- Knowledge of ML Run, Standard cost, Activity costing, NRV testing and Inventory provisioning .

Educational Background and Work Experience:

Educational Background: CMA with 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing set up.

Work Experience:

- Worked in costing & MIS function of a mid/large size chemical/pharma/FMCG company.

- Good working knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing industry
