Manager - Cost Management - Real Estate Firm - CA/CMA

We are looking for a CA / CMA with minimum 4 years experience in Project Lifecycle management.

1. In-depth review of Quarterly Cost to Completion exercise of all Ongoing Projects. Ensure full control and timely monitoring of all cost elements and flag early signs of overrun.

2. Support in Timely structured review and approval of new project Cost budget at different stages- CD, SD, DD, GFC etc.

3. Sound Knowledge of Project Lifecycle costing and tracking quarter on quarter cost estimates against original business plan.

4. Strong conceptual understanding of Project lifecycle costing

5. Good in business partnering, achieving stringent timeline, and driving things.

6. Excellent know how of SAP ERP, and MS-Office (Excel, Power-point, Word & Outlook)

7. Analytical skills with solution oriented approach and positive attitude
