Manager - COSO/Internal Control Audit - CA - Investment Bank

- An investment bank is looking for candidates with experience in Conducting SOX compliance audits. Assessment of Test of Design and effectiveness of internal controls.

- COSO Frameworks/COSO experience is must

- Internal Audit, SOX Compliance/Audit

- Monitoring issues associated with compliance Company's COSO based policies for internal controls over financial reporting (SEC and Regulatory Reporting), Issue Management Policy, and other significant policies managed by EC&O

- Planning and scoping of SOX compliance audits

- Prepare Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and COSO framework

Qualification - CA is Must
