About our Client: Our client is a leading player within the consulting space, with a massive global presence. With a strong foothold of over a century in India, they are looking to add a Manager - Corporate Tax, based out of their Pune office.

Job Description: Reporting to the Senior Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness

- IT assessment and reassessment

- Tax provisioning

- Advisory and compliances on DTAAs (Outbound and Inbound)

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant, you should be a CA with 5 - 8 years of experience in the Corporate Taxation space. You should be willing to relocate to Pune.

- You should have thorough technical knowledge on Indian Tax (income tax & DTAA), Corporate Law and International Tax.
