Manager - Corporate Sustainably

Executive Hiring is looking for a Manager - Sustainability for a Large Outfit, based in Kolkata.

BE/Btech with Post Grad in Industrial Safety with 6-7 years of Post Qualification Exp. in an FMCG/Manufacturing etc. in Sustainability is mandatory.

The Role -

- Keep track of latest developments (regulatory, policy, corporate interventions, technology etc.) in the sustainability domain.

- Develop deep understanding of multiple sustainability domains through a mix of self-learning, external training, engagement with experts and on-the-job experience.

- Develop and implement strategies for internal engagement on sustainability related aspects for senior management and employees across the businesses.

- Manage processes for effective monitoring and management of sustainability related data, and facilitate external assurance.

- Analyse and draw insights from organisational/divisional/unit-level data on sustainability.

- Represent the Organisation at various public forum and articulate the company's approach on specific sustainability aspects.

- Prepare well written communication material on sustainability related aspects for internal and external stakeholders.

- Identify key gap areas with respect to technical and management aspects

- Identify, develop and implement appropriate interventions to address above gap areas.

- Identify, develop and implement specific sustainability related guidelines/tools.

- Develop appropriate monitoring frameworks to track the effectiveness of interventions in order to achieve desired outcomes.
