POSITION'S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position's objective: To work with all departments to revise and update protocols and processes and to identify the improvement areas in the Organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Finalization of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for all businesses of the company
- Planning and organizing functional reviews at appropriate frequency to monitor the performance against set AOP (Governance Process)
- Liaise with all the function heads/ SPOCs to manage the agenda of all functional reviews and the action trackers for subsequent reviews
- Create share and maintain Retail MIS Dashboard/s, Reports, as required by Management for Biz performance monitoring and evaluation
- Liaise with all functional SPOCs to gather pre-defined relevant MIS, maintain the depository and utilize this data for: -
Data analytics to identify trends, generate insights, highlight hits and misses and possible solutions and strategies to enhance metrics
Analysis and evaluation of performance of functional heads on pre-defined KRAs/ Targets
- Monitor Process Compliance for all critical processes identified and listed under Strategy & Planning team scope
- Support the Head Strategy & Planning in conceptualization of strategic and tactical initiatives, Project Management of implementation of such initiatives
New Process Design/ Process Improvement across functions
Project Management of all critical projects being undertaken right from Conceptualization to creation of Gantt Charts to periodic
Reviews to Closure of the project, culminating with the creation of report capturing the learning from the project, hits and misses
JOB SPECIFICATION: (QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE)
- Years of Functional Experience: 7+ years of experience in Retail and E-commerce industry and minimum 5+ years in Strategy/ Business Planning role in Retail Industry (Consulting or Retail/ Food & Beverage/ E-commerce brand)
- Degree/Diploma: Post Graduate (PGPM/ MBA)
- Role: Team Management
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent in MS Excel (Formulae, Pivot, V Look Up, Graphs, Conditional formatting etc. and Macros would be additional advantage)
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Excellence in creating power point presentations (Slide Design & Communication)
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera would be preferred
- Experience of working with Sr. Management/ CXO levels
- Excellent Process Design Skills (Process - Activity - Task, Formats/ Annexures)
- Exposure to ERP & Tableau would be additional advantage
