Key responsibilities :
- Own, plan, and manage assigned projects, which may include collaboration and coordination with a variety of stakeholders
- Develop in-depth financial models using advanced financial analysis and excel skills
- Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations
- Demonstrate and apply strong knowledge of management frameworks
- Develop compelling power point presentations and present to internal Alliances & Assets/Corporate Strategy leadership team.
- Support the India and global senior managers and associate directors in commercializing existing assets and advise on the development, market positioning and commercialization of net-new assets
- Manage key development gates around commercialization initiatives for alliance-led assets, supported by the Global Alliances and Asset Program
- Work with Alliance leaders/associate directors to define success metrics, establish benefits tracking processes, develop and manage KPIs.
- Support the Alliance & Assets/Corporate Strategy teams to navigate cross-border processes and connection with appropriate subject matter experts (i.e., Technology, Legal, Finance, Talent, etc.) across the business
- Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Manage and coach junior team members; assist with recognition, motivation, and performance management
- Promote best practice and knowledge shares among US/global and India team members
- Develop and maintain working relationships with US/global counterparts Requisite core skills

- Strong knowledge of various technologies such as cloud, artificial intelligence, 5G, Indutsry 4.0 etc
- Knowledge ofasset co-development, joint go-to-market activities, and deal structuring
- Ability to manage performance and reporting cycles (including the oversight of KPIs, opportunity pipeline, and investment impact tracking)
- Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams. Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected
- Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership
- Knowledge and previous experience in innovation, strategy, operations or technology domain
- Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment with many competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives.
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing :
Academic qualification:
- Master's Degree like MBA
Work experience:
- 10+ years, with at least 8 years of post-MBA experience
- Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or corporate strategy
