Manager - Corporate Strategy - BFSI

Key Responsibilities :

- Independently own and drive strategic projects for outcomes and impact

- Strong strategic research and analysis of business combining both an outside-in market view with an inside-out view for strategic recommendations

- Drive the management and tracking of strategic programs/ projects

- Work with senior leadership in the Ramco Group businesses for the execution of various strategy projects

- Assist leadership in the evaluation of business opportunities

- Design and help facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops
