Position: Lead CSR

Location: Barbil, Keonjhar

Qualification: Post Graduation in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Rural Management Employment fro Premium Institute

Min. Experience: 5-12 years

The duties will include:

- Assist CSR Head in development and implementation of an agreed CSR plan

- Undertake socio- economic need assessment and engage affected communities in planning and execution.

- Facilitating compliances such as internal and statutory audit and commitments.

- Working closely externally with stakeholders, NGOs, local authorities.

- Support and coordinate with internal team and generally as called upon by other Units.

- Documenting, report writing and reporting results.

- Constantly update on CSR issues, also identifying and implementing improvement actions.

- Building sound community relations.

Desired Qualification & Technical competency:

- Post-Graduation in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Rural Management with at least 5-12 years of experience in CSR, NGO or Development Agency.

- Should have good knowledge of computer usage - MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Corporate Experience or Corporate Cross-over will be an advantage.

- Exposure to legal compliance, CSR projects/programs communications, documentation, research and content creation, and communication design.

- Knowledge of the CSR rules and regulations, best practices in CSR Ecosystem.

- Sound understanding of the nuances of resource mobilization and partnership management.

- Ability to travel on work across site location and rural communities.

- Should take ownership of jobs and good at teamwork.

- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Should have functional excellence and domain experience, drive for results, able to withstand pressure, good interpersonal effectiveness.

- Should be innovative and be able to deal with ambiguity.

- Should have a good communication, networking, and presentation skills
