- Institutionalize Operating Plan model for Channel Partners to drive segment KPI 's and execute Channel Operating plan and ensure achievement of deliverables by building a robust governance framework.

- Build the best and most efficient team by driving the new mission statement and the Way behaviour by executing an agile & fast organizational model, driving engagement, strengthening succession planning, talent pipeline and diversity and zero fatality mind-set- through speed, simplicity and trust
- Ensure attrition of Channel Partner teams is at/below targeted level.
- Implement the zonal governance framework (project Synergy) driving speed, simplicity & trust
Salary Range: 6 - 12 LPA
