Corporate Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3.0 - 7.0 Years
Must-Have:
Working in an Internet consumer/startups - HR tech preferred
- Experience in HR product selling
- Minimum 1 year of experience of selling to HR's before
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, HR Tech
- Individual contributor role for 6months-1year and then opportunity to build the team
Responsibilities:
- Create new business relationships (demand) and serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners.
- Supervise and manage the relationship with CHRO and key business leaders
- Responsible for complete business development cycle from prospecting to closure
- Be accountable for business acquisition and ensure that is the go-to place for hiring talent
- Define and continuously improve business development metrics; establish a system for tracking metrics and critical milestones
- Identify best practices; create a predictable, repeatable, and sustainable method to scale business development
- Undertake initiatives and gather tech, product, design, and growth to define and implement plans for business strategy
- Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition.
Qualifications :
- A previous entrepreneurial experience (preferable)
- 3-7 years of proven BD experience as an individual contributor role (Preferred segments: Recruiting, Real estate, Assessments)
