Corporate Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and target potential clients in Mumbai and Pune who can benefit from Employee benefits solutions.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

- Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our early wages payment solutions to prospective clients.

- Lead Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service to clients.

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously seek opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications :

- MBA

- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and deal closure.

- Proven experience in the early wages payment sector or related financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of the Mumbai and Pune markets, with an established network of contacts.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
