JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To develop and implement sales strategy and business plans required to deliver on all parameters of enterprise services to serve the targeted market segment
- Responsible for achieving revenue and order booking targets for the region and developing strong relationships with the customers at various levels (ceo, cfo, cio and business unit leaders).
- Responsible for understanding & anticipating customer requirement, mapping competition and positioning enterprise services as the preferred service provider for the account.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Business development including market making, demand generation and demand fulfillment.
- Role involves extensive consultative selling covering the entire sales cycle prospecting to successful business acquisition.
- Performance driven position with defined kra's including annual sales targets.
- Identifying accounts to be targeted, penetrating these accounts, and establishing excellent relationships with top corporate accounts, Initiating conversations on different product lines and spreading awareness about the company
- Understanding the client requirements (needs analysis) and then customizing the product/product pitch as per their needs
- You will make sure to develop a healthy sales pipeline that exceeds quota expectations
- You will ensure a seamless post deal experience/activities such as client on-boarding, issue resolution, handling escalations, completing commercial agreement, legal reviews
- Gathering market intelligence on products, competition, opportunities, new avenues, latest trends, industry specific information, client research.
- Extensive exposure in conceptualizing solutions and create market based on the customer future requirement,experience in institutional sales functions in target driven sales role in service sectors .
