Key Responsibilities:


- Business Development & Client Acquisition


- Identify and target potential corporate clients across industries for bulk gifting solutions.


- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts and expand the corporate gifting portfolio.


- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in corporate gifting.


- Work closely with Corporate Gifting Distributors and also directly with clients.


- Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.


- Provide customized gifting solutions for corporate events, employee recognition, client appreciation, and seasonal gifting.


- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective account management and post-sales support.


- Sales & Revenue Growth - Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling, upselling, and cross-selling.


- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with corporate clients.


- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and present regular reports to senior management.


- 5+ years in corporate sales, B2B sales in the Consumer Durables / Appliances / Luggage / Backpack sectors with solid experience in handling bulk gifting.
