- As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Corporate Account Managers, focusing on acquiring and managing corporate relationships, opening salary accounts, and expanding sales opportunities.

- Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while meeting sales targets.

- You will drive initiatives to increase salary account openings, cross-sell products, and adhere to regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead and Mentor: Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 Corporate Account Managers.

- Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets its sales objectives.

- Set Goals and Monitor Performance: Establish clear sales goals and performance metrics for the team.

- Monitor progress and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Corporate Relationship Management:

- Lead Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the corporate clients assigned to you.

- Address their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

- Build Trusting Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key corporate clients to foster loyalty and prevent them from turning to competitors.

- Client Retention: Implement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

New Business Acquisition:

- Acquire Corporate Relationships: Identify and acquire new corporate clients.

- Develop and execute strategies to open salary accounts for their employees.

- Expand Market Presence: Actively seek out new business opportunities and expand the bank's presence within the corporate sector.

Relationship Expansion and Cross-Selling:

- Engagement Activities: Conduct engagement activities to deepen relationships with existing corporate clients.

- Use these interactions to identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities.

- Cross-Sell Solutions: Promote and sell additional banking products and services to corporate clients and their employees, such as insurance, investment products, and credit facilities.

Salary Account Management:

- Ensure Salary Credits: Oversee and ensure the timely crediting of salaries into all accounts sourced through corporate relationships.

- Monitor Account Activity: Regularly review account activity to identify and address any issues related to salary deposits.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets for new salary account openings and cross-sell products.

- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to senior management.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Adhere to KYC and Bank Processes: Ensure strict compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines and bank processes.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.

- Maintain Quality Standards: Adhere to the bank's service and quality benchmarks.

- Ensure that all interactions with clients meet the bank's standards for professionalism and service excellence.

Location Preference:

- Bangalore-Based Candidates Preferred: Preference will be given to candidates based in Bangalore, with an understanding of the local corporate market and network.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

- Demonstrated ability to acquire new business and expand existing client relationships.

- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.

- Relevant qualifications in finance, business management, or a related field (e. , MBA, relevant certifications) are advantageous
