Key Deliverables:
- Large Account Management: Handling big corporate & Brands, Meeting with CXO level for solution selling
- Generate new leads and identify opportunities by gaining an in-depth understanding on the existing process and see how the offerings can be mapped.
- Identifying and analyzing market segments
- Developing the proposals and tailor them according to the client requirements
- Planning and supervision of processes for all new clients
- Provided top notch services during pilot batches, to get contract signed at the earliest
- Managing Post Sales Planning, Reviews and Escalations
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the assigned existing clients and identify opportunities of up-selling
- Manage revenue targets, contracts, & payments for the assigned clients
- Closely plan and execute large projects/events for key clients along with the team.
- Handle issues pertaining to inter-departmental co-ordination
- Handling all first level escalations, issues & concerns from the clients and resolving them to client satisfaction
Salary offered: 12 - 16 LPA
