Role - Manager - Corporate Sales ( Females Candidates Preferred )
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver sales proposals and sales presentations to executive level clientele and to present information in such a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
- Strong customer focus; shows a sincere interest in focusing on client requirements and needs
- Skill in conceptualising creative solutions; able to integrate training and consulting services and to develop complex solutions to meet customer needs

- Possesses good PC skills, including ability to use the Internet, databases, and presentation software

- Developing solutions that include multiple products, consulting and other services, and customised training

- Understanding customers industry and business needs
- Going on Joint sales calls and able to provide constructive feedback to colleague and open to receiving constructive feedback from colleagues

Experience & Qualification:
- A degree in business, education, psychology, marketing or a related area
- 3 to 6 years of successful Sales and Sales Management experience to include most of the following:
- Previous experience selling in own territory
- Experience in business-to-business consultative selling at an executive level
- Experience with a long sales cycle (six to nine months); selling on a solution basis rather than a unit basis
- Experience selling complex/conceptual intangibles
- Training or related industry experience preferred
