Our client is a tea- cafe chain that has been founded by alumnus from IIT (Bombay) and IIT (Delhi). The chain has grown to establish over 20 outlets in Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon and Noida since its inception in 2012.

- The chain plans to expand its presence further with more outlets in Mumbai and new ones in Bangalore.The company aims to reach the INR 100 crore mark in the next two years. It is a popular and growing chain that has revolutionised the way tea is made and served.

- The chain boasts of offering its customers over 12000 ways of enjoying a cup of tea.

As a Corporate Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include :

- Corporate sales of the client's products covering different distribution channels, units, hotels, corporates and other such institutional chains

- Managing the company's corporate clients

- Liaison with the export business units for the company's products

- Identifying market potential in order to establish new accounts

- Achieving service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals

- Approval and critique of promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development

- Developing and executing effective accounts-specific marketing & sales programs

An ideal candidate profile would be :

- Minimum 7 years sales & marketing experience in handling food service accounts specific to corporates/ distribution/ canteens ( -preferably HORECA customers in the region)

- Strong food service contacts.

- Ability to deal at all levels - corporate clients, unit head chefs, contract catering managers, and even buyer level clients.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Strong understanding of brand and corporate culture, so exposure to an established brand would be must

- Very good written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results.
