Manager - Corporate Resilience - Security & Safety

Experience: 9-13 Years

Location: Gurgaon

- 4+ years combined experience in business continuity, corporate security and/or crisis management.

- 5+ years of general Financial Services industry experience preferred

- The CRSS Manager position is focused on supporting and implementing CRSS program standards in the company, its vendors and subsidiary locations in India.

- This role will have a direct report into regional CRSS management for oversight and direction across implementation activities and strategies, and will work within a matrix structure with dotted line reporting to the global head of Business Continuity and Country Head for Corporate Services.

- Core activities will include management of business continuity lifecycle for business operations, oversight and direction of security requirements for facilities, support and direction of the crisis management process and on-ground support for implementation of staff / life safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Continuity:

- Drive business continuity planning requirements with business functions in the region

- Manage and support business recovery exercises, which may include Work Area Recovery (WAR) sites, Remote Access, Alternate Office, and Critical Process Transfer, depending on location

- Crisis Management training and tabletop exercise support

- Participate in Crisis Management invocations

- Provide other education, awareness and training offerings as directed by the BCM program

Corporate Security:

- Oversight of physical security operations, including site assessments, security technology, and guarding

- Security vendor management, including management of supervisory and security management resources.

- Engagement with external security forums, law enforcement and other entities

- Partner with business leadership and other stakeholders to ensure program success locally. Deliver training to employees and security staff as needed.

Health and Safety:

- Ensure the implementation of global health and safety initiatives to meet local regulatory and corporate requirements.
